The Center for Teaching Excellence and Learning (CTEL) incorporates the latest technology and proven principles for instructional design and student learning to help promote the heart of the Bradley Experience both for faculty and students - excellence in teaching and learning, research, creative production, and applied scholarship.
Summer 2017 is a good time to write a grant proposal for a Teaching Excellence, Special Emphasis, or Research Excellence grant. Visit the CTEL Internal Grants webpage for more information.
"Using Sakai, YouSeeU and Other Technologies"
"Sakai Essentials" (system introduction) will be presented on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the Packard Room of the Cullom-Davis Library. Click here for registration.
"Sakai Advanced" will be presented on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the Packard Room of the Cullom-Davis Library. Click here for registration.
"Sakai Lunch and Learn" (bring your lunch) will be presented on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Kauffman Conference Room. Click here for registration.
"YouSeeU Lunch and Learn" (bring your lunch) will be presented on Thursday, February 23, 2017, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Kauffman Conference Room. YouSeeU is an online live meeting tool and video-based assignment tool which works through Sakai. Click here for registration.
Additionally, IRT is offering a number of technology classes including, Security, Bulk E-mailing, Excel - Pivot Table, Panopto, Qualtrics, Google Drive, Protecting Your Data, Smart Boards, Mobile Devices, and DocSoup.
