Teaching with Technology

The Instructional Design & Learning Technology (IDLT) division- now part of the Center for Teaching Excellence and Learning – is here to help faculty members discover and increase their understanding and utilization of technologies for enhancing teaching and learning.  IDLT staff provides workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training for Sakai, clickers, Turnitin, and electronic end-of-term course evaluations, as well as conducts explorations and evaluations of new technologies for face-to-face and online instruction. Instructional design consultation is also available for faculty preparing to teach online courses.

2016-2017 Online Course Development Grants

Each academic year, Bradley’s Office of Summer and Interim Sessions and Center for Teaching Excellence and Learning (CTEL) partner to provide grants to support faculty in designing and improving online courses and advancing their competencies in online teaching.  Grant options are available at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced experience levels to provide faculty with a continuum of professional development opportunities.
