How You Benefit
Bradley’s Theresa S. Falcon EMBA will enhance your growth as a leader, as a professional, and as a person.
Accelerated Time Frame
Our 16-month time frame is the one of the shortest worldwide. The curriculum is designed without a summer recess to help you quickly build a foundation of knowledge and keep a momentum of learning. No summer recess also means you are able to finish your degree with less disruption to family time and work commitments. Classes are held on the Bradley campus two weekends each month (Friday and Saturdays). View our current class calendar or our course descriptions for more details on the structure and content of the program.
When you study locally, you enjoy the convenience of a short commute and eliminate extra travel from your already full schedule. Unlike many other EMBA programs, our faculty live in the Peoria area, which allows them to bring a first–hand understanding of the local and regional business climate. Well connected to international and national business trends through on-going consulting and research, our active faculty are ready to share both in and out of the classroom. You’ll experience the difference of personal, “in–person” attention from professors willing to meet during the week for projects or questions.
Develop your leadership skills with professional development coursework plus the added benefit of individualized leadership coaching for the duration of the program–a rarity among EMBA programs. As you progress through the curriculum, our executive coaches will help you identify your own personal leadership style, practice its implementation, and troubleshoot your specific leadership challenges.
Our integrated curriculum is practical and immediately applicable, allowing you to put your weekend of class to work on Monday morning. Coursework and projects are designed to expand your critical thinking skills enabling you to consider business problems from multiple perspectives and develop strategically sound solutions.
Experience emerging markets in Asia and the Middle East through site visits to facilities, factories, and businesses; and meet with executives working in representative industries. This 11-day trip also includes visits to historical and cultural sites and opportunities for individual exploration to ensure a complete immersion in the culture of your destination.
Network, learn from, and collaborate with other talented professionals to gain new insights, ideas, and solutions for actual business issues. Study groups formed within each class for specific projects develop group collaboration skills, and in many cases, create lasting friendships.
Benefits the Entire Person and Organization
Our EMBA program is a vehicle for growth both personally and professionally, that will help you become more effective in every part of your life and increase your value as an employee.
Adding coursework to an already full schedule can be an adjustment. That’s why we take care of the details. During class times, all meals and snacks, lodging, and parking are provided. We even register you for classes, secure your class supplies and books, and plan EMBA-sponsored social events and family outings.
