What is OLLI? We are OLLI. We are your friends and neighbors, and we want to stay vital as we reach and enjoy retirement. One way to do that is to keep learning, so we've joined the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Bradley University - OLLI.
OLLI at Bradley has over 1,000 Peoria-area members from age 50 - 98 who come from all backgrounds and educational levels. Together we enjoy the camaraderie of our peers as we participate in a myriad of educational events designed just for us. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere of OLLI only adds to our experiences. It's learning our way!
OLLI Members Start Recovery Efforts
OLLI members, John and Sharon Amdall, are unhurt but have suffered heavy damage to their home. Read their "ground zero" report about the tornado that left them witness to the disaster that hit Washington last weekend.
In the Aftermath of the Storm...
The Osher Lifelong Learniing Institute at Bradley University thanks everyone for their concern about our learning community. On November 17, tornadoes tore through nearby Washington and surrounding areas, leaving a path of destruction. While our campus was spared any damage, and University operations are functioning normally, we are still affected. More than 300 OLLI members reside in the impacted area and are dealing with damaged homes and missing property. Bradley University has launched a website where you can find information on the relief efforts at bradley.edu/tornadorelief/
Check often for updates to identify ways you can assist with coordinated relief efforts.
Thank you again for the outpouring of support and concern.
Standing Together: The 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

Our celebration will range from music and theater to scholarly discussions and debate.
OLLI is part of the university’s events, and members are invited to participate in all activities that are open to the public. For more information, watch for the OLLI newsletter in your email inbox or visit http://www.bradley.edu/civilrights/
