Music Preparatory students will be allowed only one make-up session per semester whether the lessons are missed because of illness, family travel, or other conflicting activities. Makeup lessons will be scheduled at the end of the term. Make-up sessions are only available to private students.
Please notify your instructor - If you know your student will miss a music lesson because of a conflicting activity, please notify the teacher by e-mail at least 24 hours ahead of time. If your child is ill, please notify the teacher as soon as possible.
If Bradley University closes because of inclement weather or other circumstances, or if your music teacher is ill, your student will receive a free make-up lesson. These make-up lessons will not count toward the limit of one per semester, but the teachers may schedule the make-ups at the end of the term.
Please note: K-12 school districts cancel school for a variety of reasons, but Bradley University frequently stays open. For the most up-to-date information about campus closings, please call the Bradley University Hotline at (309) 677-4000 or check the Bradley website www.bradley.edu, or check closings listed on local media channels and websites.
