The IMET Department provides a hands-on learning environment for students. The labs in the department are equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software. Students have full access to this hardware and software and can get timely assistance from our full-time lab technicians.

Manufacturing Laboratory for Next Generation Engineers

Recently the "Manufacturing Laboratory for Next Generation Engineers" was established. This lab is a college-wide facility equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software funded by a $2 million federal grant from the Department of Defense. IMET students receive hands-on experiences in the new manufacturing lab.
