Group Fitness
Enrollment for Fitness Classes begins immediately for Fall 2012. Classes will begin on Monday, August 27.
The schedule of classes, which is listed below, will be instructional in nature and are designed to teach sports skills and to promote physical fitness. The classes will not be offered for academic credit. Most classes are designed to run twelve weeks, starting the third week of each semester and finishing before the end of regular classes.
Enrollment for these classes will take place in the Campus Recreation Office, Markin Center Room 120 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Spring Group Fitness Schedule
All Group Fitness Classes will start on Monday, January 28. Classes are free from January 28 through February 1. There are different options for attending these classes. You can purchase a 15 punch card for $25, a 20 punch card $30, an unlimited punch card for $35, or you can pay $2 per class. You may attend any of the classes and times listed during the semester.
