Designed for attorneys representing children, this program complies with 10th Judicial Amended Administration Order 2006-14 and will qualify each participant to act as an attorney representing children per Supreme Court Rule 908.

Participants will hear from the leading experts in each of the areas specifically mentioned in Rule 906, have the opportunity to participate in panel discussions to help develop networking and problem-solving skills, and learn about the applicable law from judges who provide the viewpoint from the bench.

Please note: Attorneys must have appropriate training if they wish to act as an attorney for the child, a child representative, or GAL in all cases covered by Rule 900, including juvenile. This program will meet attorney requirements under the Tenth Judicial local rules, and possibly other circuits that adopt it.
