Cybersecurity Seminars to Help Keep Businesses Safe

The Illinois Small Business Development Center, in partnership with the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship at Bradley University, will present a series of cybersecurity seminars and webinars for small businesses starting in April at the Peoria NEXT Innovation Center, located at 801 W. Main Street in Peoria.
 
The cybersecurity series will consist of 7 seminars and 2 webinars offered in a lunch-and-learn format. Participants will learn how to protect themselves and their customers against cybercriminals, security breaches and inside threats. Participants may register for the complete series or select individual seminars and webinars. The cost for the complete series is $225; individual seminars $50; and webinars $25. Each session will begin with registration at 11:30 and will conclude by 2 p.m. Those attending all nine events will receive a Certificate in Small Business Cybersecurity Strategy.
