Bradley's chapter of the national honors society Phi Kappa Phi recently held its spring induction ceremony. Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest national honors society, elicits faculty nominations of outstanding juniors, seniors and graduate students with sound characters, high GPAs and a love of learning for its own sake. The society's motto is "Let the love of learning rule humanity."
PKP initiated 38 students, as well as an honorary faculty member, Dr. Andrew Kelley of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies.

In 1977, the chapter established the Bradley University Academic Hall of Fame. Each year the chapter selects academically exceptional seniors from those students nominated by their academic department for membership in the Academic Hall of Fame. The requirements of induction are a minimum of 60 hours in residence and a GPA of 3.75. Recipients are selected on the basis of their genuine love of learning as well as their academic records, extra-curricular activities and independent studies.
Six students were initiated into the highly selective Phi Kappa Phi Academic Hall of Fame:
