Piano Studio Recital December 6

The Bradley University Piano Studio will present a recital of student performances on Tuesday, December 6, at 7:30 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue. The recital is free and open to the public. 

The recital features piano solo and duet works including J. S. Bach Prelude in C minor BWV 934, Scarlatti Sonata, K. 159 in C major, the first movement of Beethoven Sonata in C minor, op. 13 (Pathetique), Schubert Impromptu in Ab major, op 124, no. 2, Chopin Nocturne in Eb major, op. 9, no. 2 & Waltz in F minor, op. 70, no. 2, Rachmaninoff Prelude in C-sharp minor, op. 3, no. 2, Heller’s Fluttering Leaves, op. 46, no. 11, the first movement of Ravel Sonatine, New Orleans Nightfall by Gillock, Tcherepnin Bagatelle in C minor, op. 10, no1, 2 movements from Barber’s Excursions, Previn’s perpetual Motion, Turina Sacro-Monte, op. 55, no. 5 and piano 4 hands works of Debussy Petite Suite.

Performers in the recital are Mathilda Bell, Mason Boore, Daniel Hofstetter, Rachel Lee, Amber McGhee, Larissa Moreland, Mercy Perhay, Bonnie Vigland, and Molly Wilson.
