Student Ensembles Present String Chamber Music Concert

The String Chamber Music Concert featuring student ensembles from the Department of Music at Bradley University will be presented on Wednesday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue. The concert is free and open to the public.
 
The concert will feature two string quartets and a string trio performing the following works: Ludwig van Beethoven String Quartet in F Minor, Op. 95 “Serioso”, Franz Schubert String Quartet No. 9 in G Minor, D. 173, and Sergei Taneyev String Trio in D Major, Op. 21.
 
Performing in the recital are violinists Jessica Everts, Hannah Gudeman, McKenna Hulen, Kayla Michaels, Elizabeth Ramsden, and Molly Wilson; violists Lindsay Kozlowski, Amber McGhee, and Jessica Everts; and cellists Billy Akers and Madeline VanderVinne. The chamber music ensembles are coached by Marcia Henry Liebenow, who is the professor of violin, viola, and chamber music at Bradley and Concertmaster of the Peoria Symphony Orchestra.
