Online Viewing and Payment

Online Bill Payment

Students will access their bill at MyBU.bradley.edu. Parents or other third parties will access the information at http://sentry.bradley.edu.

Third Party Access:

The student must give third parties, such as parent(s), access before they can view or pay bills online. Even if a student has already granted a third party permission to pay bills, permission needs to be given also to view bills. This is done by the student completing the following process.

  1. Go to Webster at http://webster.bradley.edu to set up access.
  2. Once you have logged in to Webster, click on the “Other” button at the top of the screen and then click on “Control Sentry Access”.
  3. Follow the steps to set up the third party’s login name and password unless it was completed previously for paying bills online.
  4. Once you have set up a login name and password, select the permissions you would like to give that third party.

Student – To view and pay bills:

  1. Log into MyBU to view your bill and make payment. Choose the term you wish to make payment and select “Pay Bill to Reserve Class”. Select the amount you plan to pay. Click on the appropriate pay button associated with the amount you are paying and this will take you to the screen to enter your credit card or bank account information.
  2. If you choose to pay by credit card the 2% service fee will be disclosed. You will have the opportunity to accept the fee or opt out of the transaction.
  3. Complete the credit card and demographic information including an e-mail address to receive your confirmation. Click only once on “pay now”. Be sure that you receive a reply before leaving the web site. (Complete the bank account information if using ACH).
  4. Allow a minimum of two business days for your payment to show on your account.
