The Bradley Advantage

The program, which you can complete in two years (full-time) or up to five years (part-time), focuses on developing your leadership instead of management abilities. You gain skills in strategic planning and evaluation, financial leadership, performance and accountability, personnel development, fundraising and grant writing. A final field experience with a mentor allows you to collaborate on a major project and gain firsthand knowledge of administrative duties.

Successful Outcomes

With a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership, you can effectively lead nonprofits and other organizations. In recent years, Bradley graduates have taken leadership roles with Chicago Public Schools, the Center for Youth and Family Solutions, and the WNBA’s Chicago Sky.
