Refunds for Graduating Students
Students graduating from the University with a balance in their Quick Cash account are entitled to a refund of those funds if the following conditions are met:
- The student has no outstanding fee or fines owed to the University (ie: tuition, parking fines, library fines, etc.). Students with an outstanding obligation will need to satisfy/rectify this situation prior to refund issuance.
- The student is not registered for an upcoming semester or term with the University following their graduation date.
No refunds will be made for balances of $15.00 or less.

To initiate the refund process, the student must request the refund in writing by:
- Emailing: email@example.com
- Visiting the Quick Card Office in room 103 Swords Hall to complete a refund request
Cashier hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00pm
(Note: Quick Card must be present to initiate the request. There may also be up to a 10 minute wait.)
Refund requests should include: name, student ID number, and mailing address.
Refunds can be issued in check, cash or deposited to the active Discover® Money Network™ pre-paid account available on the University Quick Card. Cash refunds will be limited to $300.00.
Refunds paid in check form may take up to two weeks from date of refund request to be processed.
