Report Card Lost/Stolen
You can lockout your missing card by logging into My Account using your BU net ID and password and click on the Deactivate Card tab. You can also call the Quick Card Office at 309-677-3463 to report your card lost or stolen.
If you have an active Discover debit account on your Quick Card you must call the Money Network™ Account Customer Service at 1-800-822-4283 to report the card lost or stolen.
Card Replacement fees are as follows. A current government issued photo ID is required to replace a card. Replacement cards are issued at the QuickCard Office or after hours and weekends at MacMillan.
