Message from the President
November 17, 2013 - 10:55 p.m.
Dear Campus Community,
Today the Bradley family sends its heartfelt thoughts of concern to all victims of the tornadoes that devastated the city of Washington and surrounding areas. We were fortunate that the campus was not affected and classes will be in session Monday as scheduled. However, many students, faculty and staff were among those affected, or know of someone who was.
Please join me in continuing to pray for all individuals who suffered injury, property damage or other significant loss from these devastating tornadoes. Central Illinois is a wonderfully caring and generous place, and it gives me great pride to see how quickly people were of service to those in need. I thank all of you who have assisted in any way, and I know there are many.
Now is the time that we truly come together as a community to support each other, our friends and our neighbors. Additional information will be forthcoming detailing more specific ways that we, as individuals and as members of the Bradley family, can continue to be of further assistance.
With gratitude for all your compassion and assistance,
Joanne K. Glasser
