Biography

I graduated from Bradley University with my BSN in 2015.  I began my nursing career at OSF as a medical-surgical nurse.  I served in several nursing roles at OSF, such as case management, infectious disease, various pediatric specialties, and patient logistics.  These roles allowed me to learn about many different aspects of nursing and healthcare and grow within the profession.  During these roles, I spent a lot of time teaching patients and their families and learned that I enjoyed the educational aspect of nursing.  This led me to pursue my master's degree in 2023.  I am excited to share all I have learned with our Bradley nursing students and help prepare them for their future nursing careers. Outside of work, I am spending time with my husband Tyler, and our two daughters Everly and Elsie.  We have 2 dogs as well as many chickens so we like to spend a lot of time outside keeping busy.  When we aren't outside, we like to spend time in the kitchen cooking and baking together.
