The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) supports faculty, staff, and students in pursuing funding for research, scholarship, creative work, curricular and pedagogical initiatives, and educational outreach. OSP assists with identifying external funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, administering internal funding programs, and helping ensure University compliance with applicable institutional and federal requirements.
OSP partners with the campus community throughout the sponsored projects lifecycle, including:
Proposal development and submission
Contract and agreement review
Internal funding administration
Compliance and institutional policy oversight
Reminder:All proposals, contracts, and agreements for sponsored projects must be reviewed by the appropriate institutional officials to ensure regulatory and institutional compliance.

OneAegis is the university’s centralized platform to:
obtain approval before submitting proposals, contracts, and agreements for sponsored projects;
apply for OSP’s internal award programs (FSA, SEA, PEG, and IFH);
manage some internal grant post-award activities;
and apply for approval to conduct human subject research.
We encourage all faculty to join the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR), whose mission is to “support and promote high-quality mentored undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative inquiry.” Membership is free when using Bradley University’s institutional membership.
