Bradley Association of International Latino Alumni

Purpose: The purpose of the Bradley Association of International Latino Alumni (BAILA) is to foster a thriving Latine/x community, focused on growth and development to create an inclusive space that nurtures strong relationships, both internally and externally.

Focus Areas: We aim to focus on Growth, Community, and Network to fulfill our purpose.

Our Goals on Growth, Community, and Network

Growth: Our goal is to cultivate an environment that supports the continuous personal and professional development of members and constituents by being receptive to feedback, innovation, and creativity.

Community: Our goal is to create a sense of belonging among members and Bradley stakeholders through events, fundraising for scholarships, and volunteering opportunities to actively engage alumni in updates at Bradley and the Peoria community.

Network: Our goal is to create an authentic and genuine culture of networking and relationship-building through avenues for all stakeholders to connect, exchange expertise, and collaborate to expand the network of our Bradley Latine/x alumni.
