Biography

Jennifer Gruening Burge is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. She began her career at Bradley University in 2008 after spending nine years in higher education. Ms. Burge manages the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. The Office is responsible for coordinating University-wide assessment activities, assisting with the University’s Higher Learning Commission accreditation, and supporting Academic Program Review and Strategic Planning data needs.

Ms. Burge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
