About

The Human Resource Department supports Bradley’s mission to recruit and retain a talented and diverse workforce. We respect varied skills and capabilities and value each employee for his or her unique contribution to the university’s success.

Bradley is the ideal size for living and learning. We offer a wide range of academic and pre-professional programs with more than 185 choices across five colleges: College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; College of Education and Health Sciences; Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology; Foster College of Business; and Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts. With nearly 6,000 students and 300 full-time faculty, classes are small — the average size is 17 students, with a student to faculty ratio of 12:1. Professors, not graduate assistants, teach all courses, providing personalized attention in learning and academic advising.

At Bradley, we are committed to diversity and strive to maintain and enrich our cultural, racial, and ethnic communities. Successful candidates should share in this commitment. Bradley is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
