Joe Bucker of AutonomouStuff on Campus

March 19, 2019

The Bradley Institute for Innovation through Collaboration presents Joe Buckner of AutonomouStuff on March 26 in the Peplow Pavilion of the Hayden-Clark Alumni Center. Networking will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 6 p.m.

Joe Buckner is the Director of Engineering at AutonomouStuff. He constantly balances business needs and engineering resources in one of the most dynamic, rapidly evolving fields in modern industry: autonomous mobility. In this presentation, he charts the trajectory of autonomy from its historical roots to the company he works for today, which is a global leader in the autonomous mobility industry.

Not all of Buckner's experiences result from the same field. As an entrepreneur and electrical engineering student at Bradley University, he learned his first lesson about the importance of business principles in engineering the hard way. At AutonomouStuff, such focus has led to innovative, cutting-edge advances in autonomous technology.
