Dr. Warren Anderson, Ed.D. became Bradley's inaugural Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on Jan. 31, 2022.

Before Bradley, Anderson served as senior equity, diversity and inclusion officer for the University of Wisconsin System. He also served as vice chancellor for equity, diversity, inclusion and student affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. There, he led the creation of the Center for Racial and Restorative Justice. Prior to this, he worked at Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg, Pa., where he was vice president for inclusion and diversity, Title IX coordinator and chief inclusion and diversity officer.

In 2019, Harrisburg Area Community College was the recipient of the Association of Community College Trustees' (national) Charles Kennedy Equity Award.

He received his undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2000 from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. In 2005 he obtained a Master's degree in Multicultural Education & Urban Transformation from Eastern University. He has a doctorate of Higher Education, Administrative Leadership from Widener University from 2012.
