The Bradley Advantage

As a student in Bradley’s lean engineering program, you learn about the systems and processes that make manufacturing industries prosper. Your experiences develop leadership skills and knowledge of efficiency programs such as Six Sigma. Additionally, courses help you understand industrial finances, value and problem-solving. You also complete a senior project with professional world implications. In addition to the lean engineering concentration, you can earn a general degree in manufacturing engineering or a concentration in process engineering.

Successful Outcomes

Bradley’s lean engineering degree successfully prepares you to enter the workforce or attend graduate school. In recent years all Bradley lean engineering students found employment or continued their education within six months of graduation. They’re working at places such as CNH Industrial, Gentex Corp. and Mitsubishi.
