We look forward to your arrival! Residence Hall Offices will be open during the designated times. Please arrive during your move-in appointment. To sign up for a move-in appointment, visit resliving.bradley.edu starting July 29th. Move-in helpers are available on Saturday, Aug 17, for new student move-in only.
If you’re a residential student and are unable to return to campus during the designated move-in times, Saturday, Aug. 17 or Sunday, Aug. 18, please fill out a request for move-in accommodation by Aug. 5, 2024.
If you’re returning to the residence halls as a part of Orientation, an athletic team, or approved department or organization, please follow their plans and arrangements. If you are unsure if you are a part of an early approved group, please reach out to your advisor/supervisor and follow their instructions.
At the time of your check-in, you’ll be required to pay the $40 Residence Hall Association Activity fee. Payment can be made by cash (exact amount, no change available) or check (made out to RHA); you must pay this fee prior to receiving your room key.
For questions regarding the meal plan, please visit https://bradley.campusdish.com/. Residential students are required to have a meal plan. If no meal plan is selected, your meal plan will default to the 14-Per-Week meal plan. You can make changes to your meal plan beginning Aug. 18 - Sept. 1. Login to resliving.bradley.edu, click on the ‘Change my Meal Plan’ link at the top of the page to view and change your meal plan during that time. Note: Meal Plan changes must be processed manually and may take up to 48 hours to process.
On Saturday, August 17, all traffic to campus will be diverted along N. University St to W. Bradley Ave (see above map). As you arrive on campus, you’ll be given a vehicle form to complete. You can fill out the form in advance, print it, and place it on your dashboard. Click here for the fillable Drop-Off Form.
When you pull up to your residence hall, we’ll have helpers ready to get you unloaded and help move your items to your room. Once your car is unloaded, find a parking spot and enjoy the rest of the day.
You’re required to follow the move-in route as many streets surrounding campus will be closed and rerouted. Bradley Police will direct traffic to keep a steady flow. Please follow their lead.
