Peoria Next Innovation Center

Since 2007, the Peoria NEXT Innovation Center has been a technology incubator for entrepreneurial businesses looking to make their mark on the world. We utilize the strengths of Caterpillar Inc., the USDA Agriculture Laboratory, Bradley University, and other Central Illinois health science and technology organizations to grow your startup company into a commercial success.

Designed to meet the needs of expanding businesses, our building has 48,000 square feet spread across three levels and can house up to 27 companies. Our collaborative environment allows you to share knowledge and resources with fellow researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs looking to transform new technologies and innovations into thriving enterprises. After graduating from the center, your company will move into its own facility in the community to support economic growth and drive innovation in the greater Peoria area.

We ask all potential tenants to complete a due diligence process to ensure their ability to succeed and cooperate in an incubator environment. Some current companies in the Innovation Center specialize in medical devices, mechanical engineering, molecular studies, biofuels and information technology.
