The Student Leadership Awards are an annual recognition ceremony for students and student organizations. Awards and Scholarships given out include:
Greg Killoran Club Sport Leadership Award
This award recognizes an outstanding student leader in a club sport. Award namesake Killoran is executive director of student involvement emeritus and a former intramurals and recreation director.
Joanne K. Glasser Endowed Tradition and Spirit Award
Bradleys's board of trustees established the award to support initiatives that develop campus traditions and promote school spirit. Glasser was Bradley's president 2007-2015.
The award is recognizes programs that increase cultural understanding on campus.
Olive B. White Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to outstanding student leaders who improved the university and student body through involvement in student activities.
Outstanding Academic Advisor of the Year
The outstanding Academic Advisor Award recognizes Bradley faculty, administration or professional staff who serve as an academic advisors.
Outstanding Advisor of the Year
This award recognizes faculty or staff who advise student organizations.
Program of the Year
This award recognizes a student organization that implemented a campus-wide program.
Romeo B. Garrett Intercultural Leadership Award
This award honors a student leader who positively impacted Bradley by improving diversity and intercultural understanding on campus. Garrett was the university's first African-American professor.
Student Organization of the Year
This award recognizes a student organization for outstanding contributions to campus and the development of the organization's members.
New Student Organization of the Year
This award recognizes a new student organization who has made truly outstanding contributions to campus and the development of its members in the first three years.
Student Organization Service Award
This award recognizes an organization dedicated to improving the community outside Bradley through service and/or philanthropy.
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Student Volunteer of the Year
This award honors a student committed to improving the community through volunteer effort.
