Request for Proposals
The Bradley University Family Association is accepting proposals for funding for campus projects.
- Purpose: The Family Fund supports programs and projects that enhance the lives of Bradley students in and out of the classroom. Capital projects and grants to individuals will not be considered for funding.
- Stewardship: Any project or program that is awarded family funding is required to submit a project report and photos of event or products each February.
- Eligibility: Family Fund grants are open to all faculty, professional staff, and student organizations for campus programs or projects.
- Awards: Approximately $30,000 is available as start-up funding, with a maximum award of approximately $10,000 per project.
- Proposal Evaluation: The Family Fund Projects Committee will evaluate all funding proposals. Please be as specific as possible in your request. Provide a breakdown of your costs and how the funds will be used. Committee recommendations will be presented to the Family Association Board, which will give final approval. All decisions are final.
- Deadline: The deadline to apply is March 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- Timeline: Proposals will be reviewed at the spring meeting of the Family Association Board. Recipients will be notified by the board.
University policy and procedures should be adhered to during the performance and execution of this award. Project/Program expenditures must comply with the terms and conditions of the Family Association Funding Program, Bradley University policy and procedures, IRS rules and regulations, and all applicable Federal and State laws. Awards to Student Organizations must be administered through a University account under the direction and control of Bradley University.
