TIAA 403(b) Plans at Bradley:

  • Tax Deferred Annuity (GSRA)
    Contributions to this Plan are made on a tax-deferred basis in additional to any contributions which may be made to Bradley University’s Retirement Annuity Plan. No contributions are made by the University.

  • Defined Contribution (RA)
    A new full-time staff member immediately coming from a four year degree granting institution or employees meeting the year of service requirement, are eligible to participate in the plan. Eligible employees may contribute up to 5% of their base salary and the University matches the contribution up to the amount allowed by the IRS depending on their postretirement benefit selection. If the employee’s post retirement selection is the enhanced Defined Contribution Plan then the University will contribute an automatic 2% upon the employee’s eligibility date.
